John Jay’s coalition for climate justice seeks to ensure that youth voices, especially from impacted communities, are front and center as the world addresses the climate crisis. To this end, we are launching a process of preparing John Jay students for participation in the 2024 Conference of Youth (COY) and Conference of Parties (COP) international climate discussion at the United Nations. On Monday, December 4, we will hold an introductory meeting and planning workshop. If environmental and climate justice are important to you, and you’d like to learn more about climate change and international legal processes, please join us and help shape the future!
