Dr. Michele Stafford is an adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, Police Science & Criminal Justice with expertise in Correction, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy & Administration. She earned a PhD at Walden University, a Master of Public Administration at Alfred University, and a Bachelor at Cheyney University. Her publication and interests are focused on use of force indicators, corrections, leadership, operations/project management, public policy and administration, leadership, and mixed methodologies. Dr. Stafford is a New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services Certified Instructor.
She holds two certifications: Executive Leadership and Advanced Leadership. She is a two-time recipient of the New York State Attorney General Triple “C” award. Dr. Stafford is the recipient of the Civic Engagement and Community Service, Distinguished Women, Equity, and Inclusion Awards, 7 New York State / New York City Citations and Proclamations, and was inducted as a distinguished honoree in Marquis Who’s Who.
Dr. Stafford is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., National Society of Leadership and Success, Pi Alpha Alpha Honors Society, and Sigma Alpha Pi Honors Society.
