Most of my career has been spent working with computers in libraries--moving from automated library circulation systems, to mediated computer searching, to library websites and electronic resources, to overseeing the John Jay College Library's computer systems.  In recent years I have also focused my interests on library statistics and on using these statistics and other measures in library assessment.
