
Data Analytics, Research, and Assessment
Our mission is to support student achievement, academic excellence, and business success through providing in-depth analysis that puts data and insights at the heart of decision making. Our focus is the strategic planning and outcomes assessment process for Finance and Administration Division, information logistics, and continuous process improvement.
With a main focus on building robust reporting ecosystems, we design and implement advanced reporting tools to provide a 360-degree view of key institutional functions, including financials, enrolment, retention and graduation rates, classroom utilization, organizational structure, etc. available for decision-making at all institutional levels. Partnering with various groups and stakeholders across campus, we leverage our data integration expertise to align data analytics with institutional priorities, supporting assessment, strategic planning, and accreditation process. We aggregate and organize data from multiple sources to provide concise storytelling necessary for comprehensive planning and decision-making.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic goals and assessment plans for Finance and Administration Division, we work closely with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives to support the college’s mission and accreditation standards. We provide guidance and expertise to the FA management team on developing and tracking KPIs in alignment with institutional strategic priorities. As part of Administrative, Educational and Student Services (AES), we review administrative departments’ assessments and reports to enhance holistic decision-making.
Finance and Administration team is committed to excellence in customer service, continuous process improvement, and operational efficiency. We welcome our campus community feedback through a robust annual administrative quality satisfaction survey and other tools. We identify areas for improvement and make decisions, which lead to investments in resources, staffing, process flow redesign, employee training and development, etc. With decades of combined experience in benchmarking, research, process improvement, and project management, we are well-equipped to tackle the challenges proactively and collaboratively.
