Emergency Medical Grant

General Eligibility

• All enrolled students experiencing unforeseen financial needs related to emergency critical medical expenses.

Specific Criteria

• Emergency Medical Care: Includes urgent care visits, emergency room visits, ambulance services, prescription medications, diagnostic tests, and specialist consultations.
• Emergency Dental Care: Urgent treatments or surgeries needed due to accidents, severe pain, or infections.

Application Process

Submission

• Students must submit a completed application form, detailing their financial need and the nature of the emergency.

Documentation

• Applicants must provide supporting documentation, such as bills, invoices, or medical records, as applicable.
• Applications will be reviewed by the designated Emergency Fund Committee.

Approval and Disbursement:

Decision

• The Emergency Fund Committee will evaluate applications based on the outlined criteria and urgency of need.

Disbursement

• Approved funds will be disbursed via direct payment to the service provider.

Appeal

• An appeal process is available for students who wish to contest a decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Emergency Fund Committee.

Confidentiality

• All application information and financial details will be kept confidential and used solely to assess and aid.
