This professional development workshop is designed for faculty and staff committed to creating affirming and inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ youth during a rapidly changing social and political landscape. Participants will examine current challenges impacting LGBTQIA+ students, center resilience and lived experiences, and gain practical strategies to support, affirm, and advocate for youth in their roles.
