Strike a pose, tell a story, own the floor. This workshop explores the art of Runway, one of ballroom’s most iconic categories. Whether it’s European or all-American, runway is about more than just walking—it’s about storytelling, attitude and presence.
We’ll break down the essentials of posture, confidence and category-specific techniques while honoring the roots of this practice within trans and queer Black and Latinx communities. From classic model-inspired walks to exaggerated character performance, you’ll learn how to strut with intention and connect with your inner icon.
