Students requiring assistance at our counter area must schedule an appointment.
Please note: Diploma pick-up & in-person transcripts are no longer provided. Diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address indicated in the CUNYFirst account.

Registrar Related Services
- Enrollment Verification Letters - Proof of Enrollment.
- Registration Help - Inquiries regarding the registration process, readmission, course issues, etc.
- Personal Info Changes - Requests to change personal information such as permanent name or SSN. Some of these changes can be accomplished through CUNYfirst.
- Residency/In-State Tuition Inquiries
Financial Aid & Bursar Related Services
- General Financial Aid Inquiries - Inquiries regarding FAFSA, TAP, Excelsior Scholarship, Student Loans, etc.
- Verification Follow Up Inquiries - Verify My FAFSA status, submission of Federal Work Study documents, etc.
- Tuition information
