Professor Martin Horn Discusses Rikers Investigation with RNN

Martin Horn, Distinguished Lecturer in the Department of Law, Police Science and Criminal Justice Administration, was a guest on the RNN Network program "Richard French Live" on Sept. 22, during which he discussed allegations of brutality by correction officers against mentally ill and juvenile inmates at Rikers Island. Horn served as New York City's Commissioner of Correction under former Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
