In support of the promotion of scholarly activity, the publication and performance of works, and grantsmanship at John Jay College, the Office for the Advancement of Research (OAR) oversees research compliance activities and provides education, training and support for the research community on Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR), the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), Conflict of Interest (COI), and Import/Export Control (I/E). Working with the Office of Sponsored Programs, OAR also provides oversight for compliance with various grant and funding requirements.
