Make the Road New York is currently offering scholarship grants for DACA renewal. The scholarship requires a 500-700 word essay. Funding is based on income. Limited emergency funding is also available but is given on a case by case basis. Steps to take: Call the office to make an appointment. During the appointment, a screening will be done to verify if you are eligible for funding. If you have done your DACA application at a different location, you must bring it into the appointment.

DACA RENEWAL SCHOLARSHIP
**TO APPLY FOR THE HF DACA RENEWAL SCHOLARSHIP. You can qualify for the Hispanic Federation DACA Renewal Scholarship ($495 sent directly to USCIS) if you renew through NMCIR, bring the scholarship materials (including the 500-700 word essay) with you to your appointment, and can demonstrate financial need. To do this, you must:
- Complete Scholarship Application
- Bring evidence of financial need (see application for details)
- Write and bring a 500-700 word essay (see application for details)
