E-Mail Address
Your e-mail address will, of course, be unique. It will consist of the first initial of your first name and your full last name, ie., jdoe@jjay.cuny.edu.

Username & Password
To access your account, you will type in your username and password at the appropriate prompts. At any time, you have the option of directly changing your assigned password (Note: your password only).
E-Mail Access
Your mail can be read from any computer connected to the INTERNET. You can use the e-mail system from home, through American Online or any other INTERNET service provider.
When not in use, it is important to exit your e-mail account. To exit, select and click on Log Out. To completely log out from the server, select and click twice on Back at the tool bar.

Thorough and easy to use instructions are available on the left of this screen. Proper training and the simple documentation are all that you will need to become comfortable with this extraordinarily powerful communication tool.
