Go to the One Stop Services (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 6:45PM; Fridays from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Bring a photo ID and $7 cash or a check or money order made payable to John Jay College. Student copies and non-CUNY official copies are $7.00 per transcript.
Please note: that "Official" transcripts are not given directly to students unless you bring documentation (i.e. employment or education application) that specifies hand delivery by the applicant. t remains the case, however, that even these requests, whether in person or by mail, are processed in the order received and are mailed to the requestor within 5 to 10 working days from our date of receipt.
IN PERSON or BY MAIL: EXPRESS OPTION: If the person requesting a transcript provides either a USPS postage-paid express mail envelope or a USPS postage-paid 2-day priority mail envelope, the transcript will be sent out no later than the next business day.
