Student Eligibility and Qualifications
Eligibility
- Currently a student in good standing at a City University of New York (CUNY) college.
- Undergraduate students must have completed a minimum of 12 credits. Graduate students must have completed a minimum of 6 credits.
- Undergraduate students must be currently enrolled in at least 6 credits. Graduate students must be currently enrolled in at least 3 credits.
- Undergraduate students must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Graduate students must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Students must not be current employees of the Research Foundation of CUNY.
- Students must be available to work at least 18 hours per week for at least 9 months beginning the first date of training.
Qualifications
- Computer skills required, including internet proficiency.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in English, bilingual a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
NOTE regarding foreign students: Foreign “F-1” students are not eligible to participate.
